T h e R e q u i r e m e n t s . . .

- Bachelor Degree in related earth science, engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years experience.
- General knowledge of the oil and gas exploration and production industry.
- Strong background in structural geology and/or sedimentology with a sound basis in petrophysics.
- Experience in some of the following areas would be beneficial: fracture analysis, core description, core analysis, borehole geomechanics and/or structural modelling.

- Participate in training programs as an instructor.
- Participate proactively in client sales' visits.
- Conduct field studies and help in project coordination.
- Participate in the budget process.
- Get involved in professional societies.
- Write and/or present technical papers in professional journals.
- Handle special projects, as assigned.

- Ability to lead the team and manage projects.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum direct supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of budget process.
- Excellent computer skills.
